On the login page, select the "OTP Login" tab, enter your registered Pakistani mobile number, and click Send OTP. A 6-digit code is sent by SMS. Enter the code within 5 minutes to complete login. OTP login is useful if you've forgotten your password, you're on a new device, or you prefer not to type a password on your phone.
On your personal mobile that only you use, ticking "Keep me logged in" is safe and convenient. RS786 still logs you out automatically after extended periods of inactivity as a security precaution. On shared devices — a family phone, a borrowed device, or any public internet terminal — never tick "Keep me logged in" and always log out manually when you're done.
Account suspensions on RS786 are usually triggered by one of three things: a pending identity verification requirement, a self-exclusion you set yourself, or a security flag from RS786's fraud detection system.
