RS786 Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to RS786. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RS786 platform at rs786.im, including all games, betting markets, promotions, account services, and payment facilities offered by us. RS786 is operated under an international online gaming licence, details of which are available on request.

By registering an account on RS786, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with RS786 on the basis of these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the RS786 platform and should not create an account.

These Terms apply to all RS786 services — sports betting including football and cricket, live casino games, RNG casino games, live dealer Baccarat, Roulette, Ludo tournaments, and all other products available on the platform. Additional game-specific rules may apply to individual products and will be displayed within those sections of the platform. Where a conflict exists between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to that product only.

2Account Registration

To use RS786's real-money services, you must register a personal account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a real person registering for yourself — not on behalf of any other individual, corporate entity, or organisation.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from RS786 under any username or account.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or contractor of RS786 or any affiliated company.
• You understand that real-money gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose funds you deposit.

Each player is permitted to hold only one RS786 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — are prohibited. RS786 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any winnings generated across them, and return only the original deposit amounts at our discretion.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your RS786 account login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any other person. RS786 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to keep login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact RS786 support immediately to suspend your account.

RS786 may ask you to verify your identity at any stage — on registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual activity is detected. Verification may require you to provide a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of mobile number ownership, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is resolved.

3Age Verification – 18+ Requirement

RS786 strictly enforces an 18-years-minimum age requirement for all registered accounts. This is a firm requirement under our operating licence and there are no exceptions.

RS786 uses automated age verification checks during registration. Where these checks cannot confirm age, manual document verification will be required before the account is activated for real-money play. Documents accepted for age verification include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

RS786 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued to Pakistani accounts.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is Rs 500 per transaction unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• Deposits made via Easypaisa or JazzCash are credited to your RS786 balance within minutes of confirmation.
• Bank IBFT deposits may take longer to clear depending on your bank's processing times.
• RS786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — you must deposit from a payment method in your own name.
• RS786 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit it determines to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your RS786 account.
• RS786 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals are reviewed and approved within 24 hours of submission during standard processing hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed faster.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed if it has not already been done.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• RS786 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large withdrawal requests, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

5Bonuses & Promotions

RS786 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All RS786 bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any additional conditions specific to the individual offer. Specific offer terms are published alongside each promotion when it is made available.

• All RS786 bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically between 20x and 40x the bonus amount — which must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game types vary: most slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games and table games typically contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). Game-specific contribution rates are listed in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. If you choose to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• RS786 bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus will result in all bonus balances being voided.
• RS786 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotional offer at any time. This does not affect bonuses already credited to active accounts where wagering is in progress.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. Any unused bonus balance and associated wagering requirements still outstanding at expiry will be removed from the account.
• Bonuses are provided at RS786's sole discretion. Players who have abused bonus terms in the past may be excluded from future promotional offers.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through the RS786 platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Prices may change before a bet is accepted if there is a significant delay between selection and submission.
• RS786 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where incorrect odds were published due to a technical error. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's RS786 balance.
• Live in-play betting odds are updated continuously. Once a bet is confirmed, it stands regardless of subsequent odds changes unless the event is suspended or voided.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, RS786's standard settlement rules apply: bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned unless the event takes place within a defined rescheduling window specified in RS786's sports betting rules.

Casino & Live Casino

• All RNG casino game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. RS786's RNG certification is independently audited.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game after a bet has been placed and a round has commenced, the result is determined by what occurred on the actual table and that result stands. If the disconnection occurred before a round began, the bet is returned.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each casino game and live table are displayed within the game interface before each round. These limits may vary by table and game type.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RS786. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, voiding of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with RS786 in a way not intended for normal human use.
• Colluding with other RS786 players to exploit game mechanics, share information in live casino games, or otherwise manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical malfunctions in RS786's systems for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known error are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any activity that RS786 reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, known as "bonus whoring" or "arbing."
• Using RS786 to launder money or conduct any transaction related to the proceeds of crime.

8Account Suspension & Closure

RS786 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Self-exclusion request made by the account holder under RS786's responsible gaming policy.
• Regulatory requirement or legal obligation to do so.

When an account is suspended for investigation, RS786 will hold the account balance securely during the review process. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, RS786 may withhold some or all of the balance as appropriate to the circumstances. If no breach is found, the account and full balance will be restored promptly.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their RS786 account may do so by contacting RS786 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any remaining balance at the time of closure (less any voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

9Privacy & Data

RS786 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on RS786, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

RS786 uses your personal data for the following core purposes: account management, identity and age verification, processing payments, fraud prevention, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and improving the RS786 platform. RS786 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

RS786 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on its platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Certain cookies are necessary for the platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use RS786.

10Responsible Gaming

RS786 is committed to supporting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players on our platform. We provide the following tools within every RS786 account:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much can be deposited into your RS786 account.
• Session time limits — alerts and automatic logouts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Loss limits — caps on how much you can lose within a defined period.
• Reality check reminders — on-screen notifications at intervals you set, showing time spent and net result for the session.
• Self-exclusion — temporary (minimum 24 hours) or permanent exclusion from RS786. During self-exclusion, account access is blocked and promotional communications are stopped.

Limits you set take effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period before they activate, to prevent impulsive decisions during a gaming session. Decreases and self-exclusion requests take effect immediately with no cooling-off period.

11Liability & Dispute Resolution

RS786 provides the platform and services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous access and accurate results, RS786 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults at all times. Planned maintenance is conducted during low-traffic periods wherever possible and announced to players in advance.

RS786's liability to any player in any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that player that has not been wagered or used. RS786 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our control.

Dispute Resolution

• If you have a complaint or dispute with RS786 regarding a game result, withdrawal, or account matter, contact RS786 support first through your account support channel or at support@rs786.im.
• RS786 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 working days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved at the first support level, it may be escalated to RS786's compliance team for review. Players will be kept informed of progress.
• RS786's decision on disputes, once issued by the compliance team, is final unless you escalate to the external dispute resolution body specified in our licensing conditions.

12Amendments to These Terms

RS786 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the update shown at the top. For significant changes that materially affect player rights, RS786 will notify registered players by email or platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of RS786 after the date on which amended Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using RS786 and request account closure before the new Terms become effective.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which RS786 holds its operating licence. Any legal disputes arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through RS786's internal dispute process will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory and legal bodies under that licence.
